Steps

1. Activate Ba Sing Se's second ability by paying and tapping it, earthbending itself
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Ba Sing Se, adding
3. When Ba Sing Se dies, it triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield untapped due to Spelunking
4. When Ba Sing Se enters, Nissa triggers, adding
5. Repeat
