Prerequisites

• Mitotic Slime on the battlefield
• Nim Deathmantle on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Mitotic Slime, adding
2. Mitotic Slime dies, triggering itself and Nim Deathmantle
3. Resolve the Mitotic Slime trigger, creating two 2/2 Ooze creature tokens
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing an Ooze token, adding
5. The Ooze token dies, creating a 1/1 Ooze creature token
6. Resolve the Nim Deathmantle trigger from step 2, causing you to pay to return Mitotic Slime from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it
7. Repeat
