• Nim Deathmantle on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Redcap Gutter-Dweller, adding
2. When Redcap Gutter-Dweller dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay to return Redcap Gutter-Dweller from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it
3. When Redcap Gutter-Dweller enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, creating two 1/1 Rat creature tokens
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Rat, adding
5. Repeat
