Prerequisites

• Rosie Cotton of South Lane on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Triskelavus on the battlefield
• Triskelavus has at least one +1/+1 counter on it

Steps

1. Activate Triskelavus' first ability by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Triskelavite creature token
2. Rosie triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Triskelavus
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Triskelavite, adding
4. Repeat
5. Once you have infinite mana, you may forego sacrificing the Triskelavite tokens to Ashnod's Altar, and then sacrifice them to their own abilities to deal infinite damage
