Steps

1. Cast Hangarback Walker by paying at most , causing it to enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it
2. Activate Together Forever by paying , targeting Hangarback Walker
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Hangarback Walker, adding
4. When Hangarback Walker dies, Together Forever triggers, returning Hangarback Walker from your graveyard to your hand
5. Repeat
