Steps

1. Activate Melira by exiling it
2. Holding priority, activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying and tapping it, copying Melira's ability
3. Resolve the copy of Melira's ability, choosing The Peregrine Dynamo
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing The Peregrine Dynamo, adding
5. Melira triggers, returning The Peregrine Dynamo from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 2
