Prerequisites

• Junji, the Midnight Sky on the battlefield
• Conspiracy on the battlefield
• Proper Burial on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Any creature type besides "Dragon" chosen with Conspiracy

Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Junji, adding
2. Junji dies, triggering itself and Proper Burial
3. Resolve the Proper Burial trigger, causing you to gain life equal to Junji's toughness
4. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life
5. Repeat

• Infinite colorless mana
