Steps

1. Gain any amount of life
2. Trudge Garden triggers, causing you to pay to create a 4/4 Fungus Beast creature token
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Fungus Beast, adding
4. When the Fungus Beast dies, South Wind Avatar's first ability triggers, causing you to gain 1 life
5. Trudge Garden and South Wind Avatar's second ability trigger
6. Resolve the South Wind Avatar trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life
7. Resolve the Trudge Garden trigger, causing you to pay to create a 4/4 Fungus Beast creature token
8. Repeat from step 3
