Steps

1. Cause a token to enter the battlefield under your control
2. Kambal's second ability triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
3. Trudge Garden triggers, causing you to pay to create a 4/4 Fungus Beast creature token
4. Kambal's second ability triggers, holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Fungus Beast, adding
5. Resolve the Kambal trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
6. Repeat from step 3
