Steps

2. Panicked Bystander triggers, gaining you 1 life
3. Trudge Garden triggers
4. Resolve the Trudge Garden trigger, paying to create a 4/4 Fungus Beast creature token
5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Fungus Beast, adding
6. Repeat from step 2
