Steps

1. Gain any amount of life
2. Trudge Garden triggers, causing you to pay to create a 4/4 Fungus Beast creature token
3. When the Fungus Beast enters the battlefield, Impassioned Orator triggers
4. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Fungus Beast, adding
5. Resolve the Impassioned Orator trigger, causing you to gain life
6. Repeat from step 2
