Steps

1. Activate Spike Feeder's second ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, causing you to gain two life
2. Lisette triggers, causing you to pay to put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control
3. Herd Baloth triggers, causing you to create a 4/4 Beast creature token
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Beast token, adding
5. Repeat
