Prerequisites

• Antler Skulkin on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Callous Sell-Sword // Burn Together on the battlefield
• Trait Doctoring in hand
• Callous Sell-Sword does not have a -1/-1 counter on it

Steps

1. Cast Trait Doctoring by paying , changing all instances of "white" on Antler Skulkin to "black" until end of turn
2. Activate Antler Skulkin by paying , giving Callous Sell-Sword persist until end of turn
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Callous Sell-Sword, adding
4. When Callous Sell-Sword dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it
5. Callous Sell-Sword enters the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter on it for each creature you controlled that died this turn
6. Repeat from step 2

• Infinite +1/+1 counters on Callous Sell-Sword
• Infinite death triggers
• Infinite ETB
• Infinite LTB
• Infinite sacrifice triggers
