Prerequisites

• Mortuary on the battlefield
• Bolas's Citadel on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Market Gnome in hand

Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Market Gnome
2. When Market Gnome dies, it and Mortuary triggers
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Market Gnome from your graveyard onto the top of your library
4. Resolve the Market Gnome trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and draw a card
5. Cast Market Gnome from the top of your library by paying 1 life due to Bolas's Citadel
6. Repeat
