• Sadistic Glee on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• There is at least one removable +1/+1 counter on a creature you control

Steps

1. Activate Ghave's first ability by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from a creature you control, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Saproling, adding
3. When the Saproling dies, Sadistic Glee triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on the creature it is attached to
4. Repeat
