Steps

1. Cast Haze of Rage with buyback by paying
2. Urabrask and Haze of Rage's storm ability triggers
3. Resolve the Urabrask trigger, dealing 1 damage to an opponent and adding
4. Resolve the Haze of Rage trigger, copying Haze of Rage for each spell cast before it this turn
5. Resolve all Haze of Rages, giving creatures you control +1/+0 until end of turn for each Haze of Rage, and returning the original Haze of Rage to your hand
6. Repeat
