Steps

1. Sacrifice Aerie Ouphes to Phyrexian Altar to add one mana of any color
2. Return Aerie Ouphes to the battlefield with the persist trigger, giving it a -1/-1 counter
3. Sacrifice Aerie Ouphes to Phyrexian Altar to add one mana of any color
4. Return Aerie Ouphes to the battlefield with the Luminous Broodmoth trigger, giving it a flying counter
5. Repeat
