Steps

1. Cast Repository Skaab by paying its mana cost
2. When Repository Skaab enters, its exploit ability triggers, causing you to sacrifice it
3. Luminous Broodmoth and Repository Skaab's second ability trigger
4. Resolve the Repository Skaab trigger, returning an instant or sorcery from your graveyard to your hand
5. Resolve the Luminous Broodmoth trigger, returning Repository Skaab from your graveyard to the battlefield without a flying counter on it due to Solemnity
6. Repeat from step 2
