Prerequisites

Steps

1. Sacrifice Safehold Elite to Altar of Dementia to mill target player equal to Safehold Elite's power
2. Return Safehold Elite to the battlefield with the persist trigger, giving it a -1/-1 counter
3. Sacrifice Safehold Elite to Altar of Dementia to mill target player equal to Safehold Elite's power
4. Return Safehold Elite to the battlefield with the Luminous Broodmoth trigger, giving it a flying counter
5. Repeat
