Steps

1. Sacrifice Grazing Kelpie to Viscera Seer to scry 1
2. Return Grazing Kelpie to the battlefield with the persist trigger, giving it a -1/-1 counter
3. Sacrifice Grazing Kelpie to Viscera Seer to scry 1
4. Return Grazing Kelpie to the battlefield with the Luminous Broodmoth trigger, giving it a flying counter
5. Repeat
