Steps

1. Sacrifice Safehold Elite to Ashnod's Altar to add
2. Return Safehold Elite to the battlefield with the persist trigger, giving it a -1/-1 counter
3. Sacrifice Safehold Elite to Ashnod's Altar to add
4. Return Safehold Elite to the battlefield with the Luminous Broodmoth trigger, giving it a flying counter
5. Repeat
