Steps

1. Sacrifice Wingrattle Scarecrow to Ashnod's Altar to add
2. Return Wingrattle Scarecrow to the battlefield with the persist trigger, giving it a -1/-1 counter
3. Sacrifice Wingrattle Scarecrow to Ashnod's Altar to add
4. Return Wingrattle Scarecrow to the battlefield with the Luminous Broodmoth trigger, giving it a flying counter
