Prerequisites

• Najeela, the Blade-Blossom on the battlefield
• Sophina, Spearsage Deserter on the battlefield
• Jinnie Fay, Jetmir's Second on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Najeela and Sophina do not have summoning sickness
• You control at least three other nontoken creatures that can attack this turn
• An opponent is unable to block and kill creatures you control

Steps

1. Declare Najeela, Sophina, and at least three other nontoken creatures as attackers
2. Sophina and Najeela trigger
3. Resolve the Sophina trigger, creating at least five 2/2 Cat creature tokens with haste or five 3/1 Dog creature tokens due to Jinnie Fay
4. Resolve the Najeela trigger, creating at least one 1/1 Warrior creature token that is tapped and attacking
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar five times by sacrificing five creature tokens, adding
6. Activate Najeela by paying , untapping all attacking creatures, giving them trample, lifelink and haste, and gaining an additional combat phase after this one
7. Repeat each combat phase
