Steps

Activate Empowered Autogenerator by tapping it, putting a charge counter on it and adding at least
Cast Ancestral Statue by paying
When Ancestral Statue enters the battlefield, it triggers twice
Holding priority, activate Clock of Omens by tapping the nontoken noncreature artifact and Ancestral Statue, untapping Empowered Autogenerator
Resolve both Ancestral Statue triggers, returning it and the nontoken noncreature artifact to your hand
