Prerequisites

• Ghostly Flicker in the library
• Mystic Sanctuary on the battlefield
• Experimental Frenzy on the battlefield
• Brass Infiniscope on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Brass Infiniscope by tapping them, adding
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker from the top of your library by paying , blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Brass Infiniscope
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library
4. Repeat
