Prerequisites

• Ghostly Flicker in hand or in the library
• Mystic Sanctuary on the battlefield
• Sceptre of Eternal Glory on the battlefield
• Madame Web, Clairvoyant on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sceptre of Eternal Glory by tapping them, adding and three mana of any color
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying , blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sceptre of Eternal Glory
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library
4. Repeat
