Steps

1. Cast the copy of Striking Palette from exile by paying , creating a delayed triggered ability
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying
3. When you cast Ghostly Flicker, the delayed ability from Striking Palette triggers, copying Ghostly Flicker
4. Resolve one copy of Ghostly Flicker, flickering three lands you control
5. Activate those lands by tapping them, adding at least
6. Resolve the remaining Ghostly Flicker spell, flickering a land you control, Izzet Chronarch, and Pigment Wrangler, which enters prepared
7. When Izzet Chronarch enters, it triggers, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand
8. Activate the flickered land by tapping it, adding one mana
9. Repeat
