• Semblance Anvil on the battlefield
• Izzet Chronarch on the battlefield
• Any instant exiled by Semblance Anvil
• You control an artifact or land that enters the battlefield untapped and can produce
• available

Steps

1. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying , targeting Izzet Chronarch and your untapped source, blinking them both
2. When Izzet Chronarch enters the battlefield, return Ghostly Flicker to your hand
3. Tap your untapped blue source for
