Steps

Activate Tolarian Academy by tapping it, adding at least
Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying , targeting Tolarian Academy and Archaeomancer, blinking them
When Archaeomancer enters the battlefield, return Ghostly Flicker to you hand
Repeat
