Prerequisites

• Ghostly Flicker in hand
• Mystic Sanctuary on the battlefield
• Shipwreck Dowser on the battlefield
• Temporal Manipulation in hand
• each turn available

Steps

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding
2. Cast Temporal Manipulation by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
3. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying , blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Shipwreck Dowser
4. When Shipwreck Dowser and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger
5. Resolve the Shipwreck Dowser trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand
6. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Temporal Manipulation from your graveyard onto the top of your library
7. Move to your next turn, drawing Temporal Manipulation during your draw step
8. Repeat
