Prerequisites

• Shantotto, Tactician Magician on the battlefield
• Mind Over Matter on the battlefield
• Empowered Autogenerator on the battlefield
• Reiterate in hand

Steps

1. Cast any other instant or sorcery by paying its mana cost
2. Shantotto triggers, giving it +X/+0 until end of turn, where X is the amount of mana spent to cast the spell, and causing you to draw a card if X was 4 or greater
3. Activate Empowered Autogenerator by tapping it, putting a charge counter on it and adding for each charge counter on it
4. Cast Reiterate with buyback by paying
5. Shantotto triggers, giving it +6/+0 until end of turn and causing you to draw a card
6. Resolve Reiterate, copying the instant or sorcery
7. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Empowered Autogenerator
8. Repeat
