Prerequisites

• Voltaic Construct on the battlefield
• Gilded Lotus on the battlefield
• Ensoul Artifact on the battlefield
• Gilded Lotus does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Gilded Lotus by tapping it, adding three mana of any one color
2. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying , untapping Gilded Lotus
3. Repeat
