Steps

1. Animate Everflowing Chalice using Katsumasa
2. Activate Everflowing Chalice by tapping it, adding at least Activate Voltaic Construct by paying , untapping Everflowing Chalice
3. Repeat from step 2

• Infinite colorless mana
