• Neurok Transmuter on the battlefield
• Elvish Archdruid does not have summoning sickness
• You control at least three Elves

Steps

1. Activate Neurok Transmuter's first ability by paying , making Elvish Archdruid into an artifact creature
2. Activate Elvish Archdruid by tapping it, adding at least
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying , untapping Elvish Archdruid
4. Repeat from step 2

• Infinite green mana
• Infinite untap of artifact creatures
