• Metamorphosis Fanatic in hand
• Yannik, Scavenging Sentinel in the graveyard
• Bartolomé del Presidio on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Metamorphosis Fanatic by paying
2. When Metamorphosis Fanatic enters, it triggers, returning Yannik from your graveyard to the battlefield
3. When Yannik enters, it triggers, exiling Metamorphosis Fanatic until Yannik leaves the battlefield and distributing four +1/+1 counters among any number of creatures
4. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Yannik
5. When Yannik leaves the battlefield, Metamorphosis Fanatic is returned from exile to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 2
7. Resolve all Bartolomé del Presidio abilities
