Prerequisites

• Yannik, Scavenging Sentinel on the battlefield
• Karmic Guide in exile
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Yannik, adding
2. Yannik leaves the battlefield, returning Karmic Guide from exile to the battlefield
3. Karmic Guide enters the battlefield, returning Yannik from your graveyard to the battlefield
4. Yannik enters the battlefield, exiling Karmic Guide until Yannik leaves the battlefield and distributing two +1/+1 counters among creatures you control
5. Repeat

Results

• Infinite +1/+1 counters on all other creatures you control
• Infinite colorless mana
• Infinite death triggers
• Infinite ETB
• Infinite LTB
• Infinite sacrifice triggers
