Steps

1. Cast Perigee Beckoner for its warp cost by paying
2. When Perigee Beckoner enters, it triggers, targeting Ruthless Technomancer
3. Activate Nim Shambler by sacrificing Ruthless Technomancer
4. When Ruthless Technomancer dies, its ability given to it by Perigee Beckoner triggers, returning Ruthless Technomancer from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped
5. When Ruthless Technomancer enters, its first ability triggers, causing you to sacrifice Nim Shambler and creating a number of Treasure tokens equal to Nim Shambler's power
6. Resolve the Nim Shambler ability from step 3
7. Activate six Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
8. Activate Ruthless Technomancer by paying and sacrificing two Treasures, returning Nim Shambler from your graveyard to the battlefield
9. Activate Nim Shambler by sacrificing Perigee Beckoner
10. Activate Ruthless Technomancer by paying and sacrificing four Treasures, returning Perigee Beckoner from your graveyard to the battlefield
11. Repeat from step 2
