Steps

1. Cast Warhost's Frenzy with kicker by paying
2. Cast Omarthis by paying
3. Omarthis enters and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness, triggering Mortuary and Warhost's Frenzy
4. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Omarthis from your graveyard onto the top of your library
5. Resolve the Warhost's Frenzy trigger, causing you to draw a card, thus drawing Omarthis from your library
6. Repeat from step 2
