Prerequisites

• Together Forever on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Omarthis, Ghostfire Initiate in hand
• Glaring Fleshraker on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Omarthis by paying
2. Glaring Fleshraker's first ability triggers, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token
3. When the Eldrazi Spawn enters, Glaring Fleshraker's second ability triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent
4. Resolve Omarthis, causing it to enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it
5. Glaring Fleshraker's second ability triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent
6. Activate the Eldrazi Spawn by sacrificing it, adding
7. Activate Together Forever by paying , targeting Omarthis
8. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Omarthis, adding
9. When Omarthis dies, Together Forever triggers, returning Omarthis from your graveyard to your hand
10. Repeat
