• Omarthis, Ghostfire Initiate in hand
• Heliod, the Radiant Dawn // Heliod, the Warped Eclipse on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Omarthis by paying at most , causing it to enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it
2. Activate Together Forever by paying , targeting Omarthis
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Omarthis, adding
4. When Omarthis dies, Together Forever triggers, returning Omarthis from your graveyard to your hand
5. Repeat
