Prerequisites

• Vhal, Candlekeep Researcher on the battlefield
• Scuttling Sliver on the battlefield
• Shields of Velis Vel in hand
• Vhal does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Cast Sheilds of Velis Vel by paying , causing all creatures you control to get +0/+1 and gain all creature types until end of turn
2. Activate Vhal by tapping it, adding at least that cannot be spent to cast spells from your hand
3. Activate Vhal by paying , untapping it
4. Repeat from step 2

Results

• Infinite colorless mana that cannot be spent to cast spells from your hand
• Infinite mana creatures you control can produce
• Infinite untap of creatures you control
