Steps

1. Activate Nomads en-Kor by paying , targeting itself
2. Monk Gyatso triggers, airbending Nomads en-Kor
3. The Nomads en-Kor ability fizzles due to no longer having a legal target
4. Cast Nomads en-Kor from exile by paying due to Heliod Repeat
