Prerequisites

• Golgari Thug on the battlefield
• Aluren on the battlefield
• Liliana, Dreadhorde General on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Golgari Thug
2. When Golgari Thug dies, it and Liliana trigger
3. Resolve the Golgari Thug trigger, putting it on top of your library from your graveyard
4. Resolve the Liliana trigger, causing you to draw Golgari Thug from the top of your library
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 1, causing target player to mill cards equal to Golgari Thug's power
6. Cast Golgari Thug by paying due to Aluren
7. Repeat
