• Liliana, Dreadhorde General on the battlefield
• Dross Scorpion on the battlefield
• The Underworld Cookbook on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate The Underworld Cookbook's first ability by tapping it and discarding a card, creating a Food artifact token
2. The Food enters the battlefield as a 0/0 artifact creature and dies as a state-based action due to having zero or less toughness
3. Dross Scorpion and Liliana triggers
4. Resolve the Dross Scorpion trigger, untapping The Underworld Cookbook
5. Resolve the Liliana trigger, causing you to draw a card
6. Repeat
