Steps

1. Cast Lunarch Veteran from your graveyard for its disturb cost by paying , causing it to enter the battlefield transformed as Lunarch Phantom
2. Oketra's Monument triggers, creating a 1/1 Warrior creature token
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Lunarch Phantom, adding
4. Because Dress Down causes Lunarch Phantom to lose all abilities, it is not exiled when it is sacrificed, and is returned to your graveyard as Lunarch Veteran
5. Repeat
