Steps

1. Activate Mite Overseer by paying , creating two creature tokens
2. When the creature tokens enter the battlefield, Lunarch Veteran triggers twice if it's on the battlefield, causing you to gain 2 life
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the creature tokens, adding
