• Wild Dogs in hand or in the graveyard
• Overwhelming Splendor on the battlefield
• Overwhelming Splendor attached to you

Steps

1. Cast Wild Dogs from your hand or graveyard by paying
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Wild Dogs, adding
3. If Wild Dogs was cast from your graveyard, Wild Dogs is not exiled by Abandoned Sarcophagus due to Overwhelming Splendor removing Wild Dogs's cycling ability
4. Repeat
