Prerequisites

• Mystic Sanctuary in hand
• Aminatou, the Fateshifter on the battlefield
• Time Stretch in hand
• Oath of Teferi on the battlefield
• each other turn available

Steps

1. Cast Time Stretch by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
2. Activate Aminatou's first ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing you to loot
3. Activate Aminatou's second ability by removing a loyalty counter on it, blinking Mystic Sanctuary
4. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Time Stretch from your graveyard onto the top of your library
5. Move to your next turn, drawing Time Stretch during your draw step
6. Repeat during your second extra turn
