• Aminatou, the Fateshifter on the battlefield
• Capture of Jingzhou in hand
• Oath of Teferi on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
2. Activate Aminatou's first ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing you to loot
3. Activate Aminatou's second ability by removing a loyalty counter on it, blinking Mystic Sanctuary
4. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Capture of Jingzhou from your graveyard onto the top of your library
5. Move to your next turn, drawing Capture of Jingzhou during your draw step
6. Repeat
