• Sword of the Meek in the graveyard
• Krark-Clan Ironworks on the battlefield
• Urborg Shambler on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cause a 2/2 black creature to enter the battlefield under your control, which enters as a 1/1 creature due to Urborg Shambler
2. The creature enters the battlefield, triggering Sword of the Meek, returning Sword of the Meek from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to the creature
3. Imotekh triggers, holding priority, activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing Sword of the Meek, adding
4. Resolve the Imotekh trigger, creating two 2/2 Necron Warrior artifact creature tokens that enter the battlefield as 1/1 creatures due to Urborg Shambler
5. Repeat from step 2
